The hotel was very clean and staff was fantastic.

We had issues with the remote's batteries, even after receiving new ones. Additionally, outside noise was disruptive, with slamming doors and footsteps from above. It was disappointing to find unclean items in the mini fridge, which showed a lack of attention to detail during housekeeping.

A stay to forget

The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Surprisingly, the location was close to local attractions, which made exploring easy.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean. stains on the carpets and dirty sheets gave me pause. The noise level was higher than expected, disrupting our evening.

Request a room away from high traffic areas for better noise control during your stay.

The room was large and comfortable. The beds were soft, making sleep easy. I enjoyed the nice, hot shower. The front desk staff were very nice and explained everything well. I would definitely stay again! 😊

The check-in process had a friendly staff member who helped me right away. The room had a clean appearance but several issues needed attention. I noticed mildew on the ceiling, and the bathroom trash can oddly had used Q-tips left by cleaning staff. It didn’t come with a coffee machine, and the remote batteries were low. Breakfast had limited options, especially for vegetarians, which was disappointing. I saw some dead roaches in the hallway that detracted from the experience. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. It was nice to return to a clean room with fresh linens after a day out. Overall, I would consider staying again if some things were addressed.
